A short session today as we did a live introduction to Module 9 which have been posted separately into the portal.

We talked about a use case for a user to drill from a “team” to the ” members” for a HR dashboard requirement, making date and time data types. We also discussed about the need to standardise the way reports look to help speed up user insights.

We also talked about using data driven alerts on the server to help maximise user engagement.
