We looked at the paradigm shift of creating calculated fields in Tableau and how this is reflected in the underlying SQL queries, also being defined by the discrete pills included in the view to define the level of detail.
We looked at the concepts of row level calculations & aggregated calculations, using a ratio calculation and “SUMIF” alternatives as examples.
We also looked at how tableau public can be used for most of the TTOT program as well as sharing work with your colleagues (for non-sensitive data).
